  1. I forgot my password, what should I do?
    Click on the Forgot your Password link from the homepage and enter your email address. SanAntonioConnect.com will automatically send you an email with your login information.


  2. How do I change my password?
    You will be prompted to change your password when you first log in. Whenever you want to change it in the future, please visit the member services page and click on "change my password".


  3. How do I hide, cancel or downgrade my membership?
    You may hide, cancel or downgrade your membership by clicking on "Visibility" listed under "Member Services".


  4. How much does it cost to be a member?
    Being a member is always free and contacting and replying to other members are always free too!

  5. Is my information private?
    Yes. Click here to review our privacy policy.


  6. Is my email address private?
    Yes. We do not give or sell your email address to anyone.


  7. What does it mean to save up to ten searches?
    Once you enter search criteria, you can save the criteria for easy one-click searches in the future. You may save ten different searches and name them.

    Here is an example of how this feature can enhance your experience:


    • Females (Males) in North East San Antonio 32-45 with pictures
    • Females (Males) in NorthEast San Antonio 32-45 without pictures
    • Females (Males) in 75205 area code 32-45 with pictures
    • Females (Males) in 75205 area code 32-45 without pictures


  8. How do I save a search?
    You will be able to save the search on the advanced search criteria page and/or after performing the search. Just click on "Save This Search" and give it a name!


  9. Is there a limit to the number of contacts I can send?
    Yes, 99 per day. We have this limit for security purposes.


  10. Is there a limit to the number of eWinks I can send?
    No. You may send as many eWinks as you want.
